  Another disappointing visit. Last visit i took my old bathroom bulb in to replace, the man told me i should get another with more prongs on it because that will last longer (obviously didnt question it as i thought he should have known what he was on about), took home and it didnt fit so had to take it back.... Today i went for some funiture paint, the one i wanted was £36 a pot so i asked the woman of they had tester pots so i can try it first, she said they didnt have any, only the big pots... after walking a few feet to the corner they had big shelves of tester pots..?.?.?.? Customer service is not great and staff dont seem to know much, even about the areas they are in.
